Dr. Fiorella Ciardo will cover the importance and influence of Anxiety, mood, eating, , emotional and behavioral disorders and highlight Evidenced Based Experience integrating modern research on behavioral disorders and psychology. She will delve into how these disorders can manifest in everyday life and explore effective strategies for managing them. Dr. Fiorella Ciardo will emphasize the significance of understanding the underlying emotional triggers and how they influence the  environment and lifestyle choices in shaping our mental ans emotional health. Whether through mindful practices like yoga or nutritional adjustments, Dr. Carrus’s session promises to enlighten and empower individuals on their journey to well-being.

Dr. Steve Chiola will introduce you to why Integrating essential oils into your yoga practice can significantly enhance your overall experience, transform both your physical and mental states.
The calming scents of essential oils work synergistically with the meditative aspects of yoga, promoting deeper relaxation and heightened focus during your sessions. By introducing these aromatic elements, you can create a more immersive environment that encourages mindfulness and presence.
